Prepare the MontaWMS connection for fulfilment and shipping data. This is the warehouse platform, not the similarly named EV charging service.
Note the MontaWMS environment, customer code and warehouse location associated with your orders. Involve your administrator or Monta contact.
Ask Monta which REST API access is available for your MontaWMS environment and have NexReply confirm the required details and permissions. Do not create a key in another Monta product.
Need to share access details? Ask NexReply for a secure transfer link. Do not send passwords, tokens or API secrets by ordinary email or through the contact form.
Compare a recent order with its picking, packing and shipping status in MontaWMS. Check tracking when available.
NexReply uses only the agreed order and fulfilment information made available by your MontaWMS environment.
Check the provider’s current settings too. Screen names and access options can change.
