Prepare your Lyra WMS environment to check order, warehouse and shipping data with NexReply.
Note the URL of the correct Lyra WMS environment and identify the store or fulfilment customer associated with the orders to check.
Ask your Lyra WMS administrator or Lyra contact for an API token for NexReply. Confirm in advance which orders and data that token can access.
Need to share access details? Ask NexReply for a secure transfer link. Do not send passwords, tokens or API secrets by ordinary email or through the contact form.
Use a recent order to compare its reference, warehouse status, shipment and available tracking in Lyra WMS with NexReply.
NexReply uses the agreed order and shipping details from your Lyra WMS environment. Available information depends on the tenant, connected channels and API access.
