Connecting Amazon to NexReply
Connect your Amazon Seller Central account directly to NexReply. The connection lets NexReply retrieve Amazon order data to help handle customer enquiries.
How to connect Amazon

Start the Amazon connection
Under Amazon, click Connect Amazon.

Sign in to Amazon
Sign in to Amazon Seller Central with the seller account you want to connect.

Grant NexReply access
Review the requested access and authorise the connection to NexReply.

Check the confirmation
You are redirected to NexReply, where a confirmation appears showing that your Amazon Seller Central account is connected.
No need to share API keys or passwords
You sign in directly with Amazon and grant access there. You do not need to share API keys or passwords with NexReply.
